White Chocolate Peppermint Fudge Recipe

Another favourite recipe blogger of mine is the Pioneer Woman. She recently posted a fudge recipe on Facebook, and I adapted it to fit my preferences. This recipe is SO incredibly easy you can whip it up in 10 minutes or less. Just make sure you give yourself enough time for it to set before impressing your friends with your amazing Christmas baking skills.

Makes a lot

Ingredients:

4 candy canes, crushed
3 bags white chocolate chips (6 cups)
1 can sweetened condensed milk (300 mls)
cooking spray

Instructions:

  1. Place the candy canes in a freezer bag and bash their brains out with a wooden rolling pin. Set aside.
  2. Spray an 8×8 glass cake pan with cooking spray. Set aside.
  3. In a pan on the stove melt chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk together just until smooth.
  4. Pour into greased pan before it starts to set.
  5. Sprinkle candy cane bits on warm fudge. Let set till room temperature.
  6. Pre-slice fudge at room temperature so it’s easier to slice later. I cut mine into 1″x1″ bite size pieces (pictured above).
  7. Refrigerate till set, about 2 hours or overnight.
