Filling Ingredients:
6 egg yolks
1/4 cup mayo
1 teaspoon coconut aminos
1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
a dash of hot sauce
1.5 t dijon mustard
Instructions:
- Hard boil 6 eggs.
- Cool the eggs, peel, and cut in half. Scoop out yolks and set aside in a bowl. Save egg white “bowls”.
- Blend filling ingredients together till smooth.
- Portion filling out evenly, filling the 12 egg white halves. Sprinkle paprika on the top.
- Refrigerate and serve cold.
