Deviled Eggs Recipe

Filling Ingredients:
6 egg yolks
1/4 cup mayo
1 teaspoon coconut aminos
1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
a dash of hot sauce
1.5 t dijon mustard
Instructions:
  1. Hard boil 6 eggs.
  2. Cool the eggs, peel, and cut in half. Scoop out yolks and set aside in a bowl. Save egg white “bowls”.
  3. Blend filling ingredients together till smooth.
  4. Portion filling out evenly, filling the 12 egg white halves. Sprinkle paprika on the top.
  5. Refrigerate and serve cold.
