
Pancit is a Filipino noodle, meat and veggie dish. It’s delicious, and I have a hard time eating just a little. I’ve been craving it lately, but am eating low carb, so decided to make it, tonight leaving out the noodles…
Makes 10 servings (1 cup each) = 5 net carbs
Ingredients:
1 medium head of cabbage, shredded
1 onion, diced
500 g ground beef
1 T fresh crushed garlic
1 T fish sauce (look for a brand that is sugar free)
1/4 c coconut aminos
1/4 c apple cider vinegar
Instructions:
- In a frying pan brown ground beef. Add onion and garlic and saute till onion is translucent. Set aside.
- Add coconut aminos, fish sauce, and apple cider vinegar.
- Add cabbage and cook till al dente.
- Serve hot. Delicious!
