Perfectly Crispy Bacon Technique

2 Packs of Bacon – Western Family Regular Slice

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 350 F
  2. Cover 3 baking sheets with large sheets of tinfoil that wrap around the sides.
  3. Lay out all the bacon on the baking sheets. Put the two smaller baking sheets on the lower rack side by side, and the largest on the top rack. Bake for 20 minutes.
  4. Take the large baking sheet out of the oven and turn it around. Turn each of the smaller baking sheets around and put them on the top rack on the opposite side of the oven. Put the large backing sheet back in the oven on the lower rack. Bake for another 15 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and loosen from baking sheets then lay on a paper towel lined plate to remove some of the grease. Layer the paper towel on top until all your bacon is on paper towels and not overlapping.
  6. Let the bacon grease cool, then wrap up in the tin foil and discard, OR you can save the bacon for other recipes by pouring it carefully into a glass mason jar, then store in the fridge.
  7. Enjoy the BEST crispy bacon you’ve ever had in your life!
