Hummus Recipe

  • 2 cups chickpeas, drained and rinsed (room temp, cover in water and microwave a couple minutes if cold)
  • 1/4 c tahini (blend first if oil has separated)
  • 1/4 c lemon juice
  • 1/4 c crushed garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 c olive oil or aquafaba (reserved chickpea juice)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a food processor or high speed blender blend everything till you get the consistency you like. Refrigerate.
