Makes 10 servings

Ingredients:
1/2 cup tahini
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 T crushed garlic
6 T cold water
pinch of cumin
pinch of red pepper flakes
pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Blend ingredients in a nutri-bullet blender until smooth and pourable. Adjust water to your preference of consistency, less for thicker, more for thinner sauce.
- Drizzle over salads or on falafels in wraps.
