Makes 8 servings
Ingredients:
1 package gluten free Barilla ziti pasta
26 oz jar marinara sauce
15 oz ricotta cheese
8 oz shredded mozza cheese
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Cook pasta as directed on package. When draining pasta, reserve ½ cup pasta cooking water.
3. Mix marinara sauce, ricotta, pasta cooking water in a large bowl.
4. Add pasta and mozza cheese, mix lightly.
5. Spoon into a 13×9 inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinking remaining mozza and parmesan cheese on top, and cover with foil.
6. Bake 30 minutes, uncover and bake additional 10 minutes or until sauce is bubbly.
